GARMIN ZUMO

Garmin Zumo 595LM is a successor of the already widely popular Garmin Zumo 590LM, which surprised its customers with performance and features. Those two might look the same at one glance, but the software in the latter one is an improvement as the manufacturer company wanted to step up smartphone integration in this device. It has a display of 5” which is the optimum size for efficiently and effectively interacting with the device using gloves. Garmin Zumo 595LM is incredibly durable and weatherproof. It has a rating of IPX7, meaning it can last for 30 minutes being under the water of up to 1 meter. As already mentioned, the device is equipped with a glove sensitive display, meaning that you will never have to take off your gloves again in order to use a GPS. Also, it is ruggedly constructed to easily endure exposure to vibrations of a motorcycle. Like its predecessors, it has a neat feature of an ability to check your tire pressure using the optional Garmin Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor accessory, which you can easily buy online. It is an additional accessory, that must be included in the package, but is not… Anyways, it is a smart air valve cap that translates information to the GPS, which is a very useful and unique feature. This particular model provides a lifetime map updates for free, that are done using the cable which is included in the package. It also has a new, innovative feature – photoReal Junction View™, which is a favorite of many, providing you a view of the approaching junction with the lane guidance. An arrow on the GPS display, along with the voice prompts, will indicate the proper lane position that you need to move in, in order to be in the best possible position for your next turn or an exit. Garmin Zumo 595LM has a whole series of new-level rider alerts, such as state helmet laws, sharp curves, speed cameras, and much more useful information, which was not accessible in the previous versions of the device. You also have an option to integrate this GPS with the Garmin VIRB Action Camera. This device is very easily mountable on both, motorcycles and cars, with the included mounts. This particular device is a current flagship of its manufacturer company when it comes to motorcycle GPS devices. In the future, we will definitely see whole new features in GPS devices, but for now, this one is certainly the best not only from Garmin, but on the market, with the affordable price tag on it, and much more to explore.
